| Seawiser Computer Systems (Seawiser.com) collects and maintains customer information through our site only as far as order processing and shipment is conceed. This information will never be sold, shared, or rented to third parties, except outlined in this policy. We only collect information from our customers to process orders, update them of their shipment/tracking, and for technical support purposes. At the present time we do not offer on-site credit approval, and hence won't ask for your financial information. Paypal manages all our transactions. Customers have a choice to either pay us through their Paypal account, which means that they will never have to expose their credit information to anyone, or pay us directly via credit/debit card by again using the services of Paypal. We do not collect, or maintain your financial information under any circumstances. This policy may change in future when we employ on-site credit processing. The only information we collect includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address. We also require you to submit a useame and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. You may also elect to subscribe to our newsletter, in which case only your email address will be used to deliver it. If you elect not to receive our newsletter, we may still periodically send other transactional communications to you that contain customer relationship information. DO NOT ever expose your account useame and password to anyone! Sharing We do not have as such agreements with third parties, however, we may utilize the services of the companies listed below to process your shipment and estimate shipping costs. These companies may not use your information for other purposes.
Registration In order to process your orders placed on this website, you will be required to input your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. We need this information to provide you with our services, and for billing/shipping verification. Order The information collected above will be used to process orders. You will not be required to provide us with your financial information since all the transactions on this site are handled by Paypal. If you're a local customer, and would like to pay us in cash, we may still require you to register on seawiser.com for our records purposes. Paypal Paypal manages all our online transactions. During the checkout process, you may be taken directly to Paypal's website to complete the transaction by choosing a payment option as offered by Paypal. Tell A Friend If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our product(s), we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Seawiser.com does not store this information. Opt-Out If you do not wish to receive our newsletters anymore, you could unchecking the 'Newsletter' option in your acount profile, or email us at info@seawiser.com to have us do it for you automatically. Update Personal Information If you wish to update, or review your personal information that you provided us with during the registration/checkout process, you could do that by accessing your account via your useame and password. In case you forgot your userID and/or password, email us at info@seawiser.com with your conce, or reset the password using the 'reset password' form link on the login page. We reserve the right to disclose your collected information i) as required by law, ii) when it is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our web site, iii) when we believe your actions violate applicable laws, iv) when we believe that your actions violate Seawiser.com's terms and conditions that you agree to by using, accessing or purchasing from or through seawiser.com v) when we believe that your actions violate any usage guidelines for specific products or services, vi) when we believe that your actions violate or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.
